Mackerel soy sauce

When it is usually used as the brain mackerel, mackerel, this time served with a spicy soy ABC. Yummm ... the most special was awesome!

   Mackerel soy sauce

Ingredients: 300 g fish fillet, cut into pieces 1 piece lemon 3 cloves of garlic 2 teaspoon soy sauce Btr 1 egg, beaten off 150 g flour condiments ready 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
Sauce: 2 cloves garlic, cut into thin slices 3 pieces red chili oblique cut 2 tablespoons brown sugar, fine comb 2 tablespoons soy sauce spicy ABC 3 tablespoons chili sauce 2 tablespoons of salt 1 teaspoon of pepper 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 3 tablespoons water
Comment: A. Marinate fish fillet with lemon, let sit for 5 minutes, then rinse. Second season fish fillets with garlic, soy sauce and beaten eggs. Let stand for 15 minutes. Third Roll the pieces of fish fillet cooked in flour until blended spices and fry up. Set aside. 4th Sauce: sauté the garlic and red pepper until fragrant. Add remaining ingredients except cornstarch solution. 5th Once cooked, thicken with cornstarch solution and cook until bubbly. Lift and serve with fried mackerel.
